La clinique dentaire pour enfants de Springfield a été conçue en pensant aux enfants. Contrairement à de nombreuses cliniques dentaires pédiatriques, ce bâtiment est agréable et amusant pour les enfants tout en ne les distrayant pas avec des technologies coûteuses utilisées pour atténuer l'anxiété de l'enfant lors de la visite. L'objectif du client était de fournir des soins de premier ordre à un prix abordable tout en minimisant les frais généraux supplémentaires.

La fluidité de la clinique obtenue grâce à la conception et au travail de l'architecte d'intérieur crée une clinique hautement fonctionnelle sans le coût élevé d'éléments supplémentaires inutiles. La simplicité de la conception a permis une mise en place facile et efficace sur le site sans compromettre la vision du client.

Ce projet a été construit avec un entrepreneur qui comprend parfaitement le fonctionnement de la construction modulaire. Cela a permis une synchronisation parfaite entre l'achèvement de la production en usine et la nécessité de réaliser le projet sur le site.

Nous avons également travaillé en étroite collaboration avec l'entrepreneur pour délimiter l'étendue des travaux afin de maximiser la rapidité, l'efficacité et les économies de coûts de la construction modulaire, tout en conservant la flexibilité nécessaire pour répondre aux besoins du client. L'utilisation de la construction modulaire a permis de réduire le calendrier du projet, d'occuper les lieux plus tôt et d'obtenir un retour sur investissement plus rapide.
